Seeds in!
I always feel that I leave sowing my seeds too late but looking back it never seems to get done much before now and crops are always fairly fruitful.
It's bloody cold today but I braved the weather and got on with it: Leeks, parsnips & cauliflower sown in the beds. Toms, courgettes, squash, pumpkins & more caulies sown in pots in propagator. French beans in greenhouse. We're on our way...
Doing an experiment with the courgettes - half are seeds from 'Grow it' mag, half are seeds saved from last years crop! Will be interesting to see how they go. Got loads of 'free' seeds this year with the Grow it mag. Subscribed using Tesco vouchers so was really cheap and I must have my money back in seeds already - Good deal.
